Default Tenzo R Front Upper Strut

Vehicle: 2004 Civic LX Sedan
Product: Tenzo R Front Upper Strut
Vendor: Tenzo
Cost: $60
Rating: 9 out of 10
This is the first upgrade to my stock suspension... quick bolt on, just had to untether one of the resevoirs but it is safe just floating there... I only wish I would have bought one that is capable of working with the intake I bought from Simota.... It does fit over an Injen short ram without problems, though.

HANDLING IS AMAZING!!!!

do you have a CAI / SRI?? If so, I am guessing it clears it fine?

I got the one for a stock air box because I took off my short ram... I did have to take a little fluid holder, not sure what it was, off its hinge for clearance but it doesnt move at all... I drove my car for 2 hours up and down the mountain with my wife and she is still sick from the drive last night!

It is an LX... more turning than there was ever speed! hehehe she does like driving with me, though... but after the 3rd time on the same road she was getting kinda queezy... the road itself is very safe, not really a mountain, just a couple windy hills up by my house through a forest. It is a really fun drive now in the civic because it tightened it up alot. I put another post in the tech section asking how to install the rear upper strut in my trunk. I think I might get my next one from ebay and do it myself but I dont know where to put it... it is all carpeted back there

The CIA doesnt work well with ANYBODY! hehehe If your CAI has the same 90 degree throttle body connector as my short ram it will... but the curved style doesnt...

Yeah just dont waste money trying to figure it out... between the elbow joint and my strut is maybe about 2 cm... just enough that they dont hit at all but you can barely see in between... alot of people go safe by buying the DC strut that bends towards the front so you can freely place an intake and have zero fitment issues.
