d16y7 to a y8 head

okay i have a 96 honda civic lx.
im wondering if i can swap the y7 head for a y8 head? or mayb a y8 head thats a vtec? any tips let me know...thanks

All y8 heads are vtec. You are wanting to do a mini me swap. Search it up on google and I am sure there are quite a few how to guides. I thought we had one here, but I cannot find it.
