1 or 2 bends
whats the difference between 1 or 2 bends in a short shifter? is there an advantage to either one?

RE: 1 or 2 bends
Preference of where you want the shifter to be. 2 Bends will move it closer back like a normal shifter and a 1 bend [or a strait shifter] will be farther away from you, closer to the dash.

RE: 1 or 2 bends
so say if you were really tall then you would want 2 bends? hahaha
|
RE: 1 or 2 bends
No you would want 1 because it would be farther away and more comfortable for your long arms.

RE: 1 or 2 bends
alright well im 5'10 or 5'11 so i would want 2? sorry if this seems dumb, i just dont want to buy the wrong thing

RE: 1 or 2 bends
Depends, the stock shifter has 2 bends so if you like it where it is then buy a 2 bend short shifter and it should stay in about the same place. If you want it to be closer to the dash then the stock shifter then buy a 1 bend.

RE: 1 or 2 bends
i have a B&m short shifter and its dual bend, it does not stay in the same place as the stock shifter its completely diff ;)

RE: 1 or 2 bends
Well of course it isn't going to be exactly the same or there wouldn't be a point it having it but the reach would be basically the same.
