I have a 93 civic si 190,000mi and i blew the lower ball joint and snapped the axle when that happened. I am trying to get the axle out and i cant get the 1 1/4 inch bolt loose to slip the axle out. If anyone has any suggestions. I havent tried air impact yet, but i dont have an air source...yet.

 

I believe it a 33mm bolt.. using the correct socket size and use a breaker bar with an extensionof a pipe for leverage and have someone step on the brake, then you should be able to loosen the bolt.
