Holy **** I’m about to go crazy...all of a sudden my auto tranny knocks when I put it from d to r...I don’t understand I’m the second owner n my older sister was the 1st...I know for a fact that she didn’t abuse the car by flooring it or miss handling the tranny...I use to have the secret dragon intake...but I returned it cause it wasn’t worth crap...so I got the aem v2 yesterday and installed it yesterday...the C.E.L turned on but went away...n also I had a hose left over which I didn’t know were it goes or what to do with it...the next problem was the rpm...which dropped all the way to 0 but I got to fix that...NOW my BIGGEST PROBLEM is the TRANNY...SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

How do you have a V2 on an auto?

Just wondered. I was under the impression that AEM V2 only fit on manual transmission models, so I thought maybe improper fitment could be contributing to some of your problems.

I guess AEM lies. Can you describe the noise? My car makes noise when I shift from D to R, too, but nothing that I would consider out of the ordinary. Is the V2 install the only thing that changed between the time you noticed the knocking and before? Could you have run over anything?

 

my cars stock...the only thing i have on it is the V2...the noise it makes is like a "clunk" n then the car kinda jurks...n im sure i didnt run over anything...i noticed the problem in the morning on the way to school...backing out of my driveway
