Automatics should be illegal,

and a final note, if your can't drive a manual in traffic then you aren't a car person
Being "manual" person all my life, I still prefer auto in traffic LOL

my civics have to be a manual. but my jeeps i like in an auto. its alot easier when your off roading to concentrate on driving and not getting stuck/ rolling over and shifting into low range than having to work a clutch, **** into low range when needed, and then still not get stuck/roll over.

but i wouldn't mind a stick shift jeep, they have way better gearing for crawling in low range compared to an auto. the best crawl ratio i can get in my jeep with an auto, 4.56 gears and a 2.72 lo range is 34.72. if i had a manual trans it would be 49.98 do to the better gearing of the trans. and generally a 50:1 - 100:1 is considered a good crawl ratio for general off roading

Yet again. attack me all you want but, we all dont have rich mummies or daddies to pay for a swap or to buy us a manual tranny car, or live in an area that has about a million civic per square mile. there are only 6, 4th-6th gens in my town all running, and 3 06's weirdly enough. just leave us unfortunate alone for now. at least i got a truck, anyone without a truck is a loser. it doesn't seem right, does it?

who's "mummies or daddies" are paying for a manual swap? and what area has "a million civic per square mile"? and how are you "unfortunate" when you at least own a vehicle when other "true" unfortunate people can't afford an automobile? and how are you considered a "loser" if you don't own a truck? just wondering what your opinion was on these questions...

The stock D series engine was auto, now the GSR is manual. I love it.
