im looking at buying an 89 hatch but it needs axles the motor is from a 00' civic i believe guy isnt sure on engine code its a sohc vtec. anyways my question is would i buy axles for an 89 hatch or for a 00' civic?


EDIT: I believe the motor is a d16y8

 

axles need to match the transmission. if the transmission is from the civic, use the civic axles. if the transmission is from the 89 hatch, use the 89 hatch axles.
