What is double clutching and how do you do it? Please xplain.

...make sure you're not granny shifting too...any real racer will tell you that

Whats so great about double clutching. Its just extra foot work and it takes longer to throw it into gear. What exactly do u mean by granny shifting?? Thanx for the info.

its mostly used to prevent accidents with farm equipment and semi-trucks because gearboxes in those usually have a good 7-15 gears.

granny shifting is normal every day traffic daily driving shifting.

I was just being a smart ***, and making a FATF reference. But like Nail I3unny said, the only people who really use it anymore are big rig drivers, and farmers. It can also be a useful tool on a road racing course.

its needed if your trans doesnt have syncros.
