Default Engine stalling in low gear, please help

I recently swapped my stock '95 LX sedan engine for a JDM d15b, it came with a factory LSD tranny and ever since the swap there seems to be a problem with the clutch...before coming to a full stop everytime I press the clutch I have to press it HARD in order for it not to stall when braking. This happens usually when i'm in 1st/2nd gear...When I'm in 3rd gear and i slow down i have to quickly shift into neutral before braking, otherwise the engine still stalls...any ideas why this is happening? I'm thinking i should just have the clutch adjusted, but im no expert....so what do you guys think?

Is the clutch fluid low? Has the hydraulic system been bled?

Here's how to adjust the pedal:

i'll check the clutch fluid but i doubt thats the cause...thanks for the reply though...one thing i also noticed is that the problem happens when ive been driving for some time and the engine gets really hot, like at least an hour...i also noticed that it usually happens when its hot outside...could that have something to do with it you think? like maybe the clutch gets hot and it stops functioning normally?...it's my first car and im new to the whole tuning scene, thanks again for the help.

Correct adjustment of the clutch will fix it, I think...
