I have a 1997 Civic coupe with a d16y7 base 1.6l motor pushing 153,000 miles. The transmission is slipping pretty good so i bought a used transmission with 73k on it. The people i bought it from said it would fit my car so i was ok. I checked my transmissions model number to make sure it matched the new one and they didnt! The one that came with my car stock (slipping) is a AV4L, the one i bought is a BV4L. Will the B series one fit my engine and work correctly? Thanks
