My engine light went on. I went to auto barn they did a test and said that its my two Oxygen O2 Sensor wires. How much will it cost to fix and how long can i go without fixing before it will it damage my honda if i dont fix it right away.I have a honda civic ex 1998 and i live in New York

they should have told oyu if it was primary or secondary o2 sensor. If its the primary, its hte one right up the exhaust manfold, ifi tis the secondary its the one down below in the cat. Ayway to replace either one you just unclip the harness, unscrew the sensor and replace. It's a real easy fix.

EDIT: and i relaly dont think this belongs in the tranny/differential section

 

thanks i dont know much about cars but is it expensive to fix????
