I have a 04 Honda Civic DX. I recently just lost my keys at work. I work at a shady place. I can't run the risk of walking out to my car after work and have it stolen. The question is how much am I looking at ignition,new door locks, and trunk lock?

 

o man that sucks, well from experience a lot of the new cars have chips in them so that people cant make copies of the key, so iino about a 04, but im sure it isnt going to be cheap. My friend had another key made for is 07 g5 and it cost 300 BUCKS just for the key

 

Try going to a junk yard and finding a car similar to yours and get all the lock mechanisms and key from it and swap them out on your car.

 

Junkyard is definitely your best bet. Might want to put your thread in a more appropriate forum next time.
