i found a meagan short shifter on andys auto sports for 20 bucks are they a good brand and is it worth it or should i spend more for somethin else

 

It's all up to you. Depends on your driving style and whether you want to run into problems with heat shields. Some cheaper brands don't take into clearances into account. Some have good experiences, some have bad. They're not expensive, I bought a B&M for like not even ~40 bucks. Top notch brand.

 

Most Megan Racing products are pretty decent. They're not "top-notch," but they work. I would expect the short shifter to hold up well.
