I have a D15 5 speed. I went to the track made two passes on my third pass I popped something in my transmission. I still have all my gears, my speedo still registers my speed, drive axels seem to be tight. When I let out the clutch all I can hear is a slight rubbing but it doesn't seem to want to go anywhere. Any feedback would be great. I think it's a B7 I hope that's right. on another post someone mentioned a diff pin could this be the issue. thanks guys

diff pin would be a good assumption but usually when i see a broken diff pin, its shot out the tranny. another possibility is you snapped the axle on the inside of the tranny.

 

thanks finalimpact its all comeing off sat or sunday i gota start someplace the more i know what to look for the better. snow isa coming need a beater anyway just not this soon lol.thanks.

 

well man u were on the money it broke inside the transmission had to drill and tape it to get it out we put a chain on the bolt and yanked it out. ill post a pic of the splines soon.
