I have a 93 civic and I just put a 5 speed trans into it and I`m haveing a problem with the mounts I converted it from a auto. Does anyone know about it or can tell me if there is a site or a mount conversion.

 

From what I remember you need different mounts......I think the rear mount on the auto is too high for the 5 speed.

 

upper tranny frame mount needs to be drilled out and replaced with a 5spd mount. or you can modify your 5spd on the tranny mount to bolt up.........im not sure if hasport still offers there 5spd conversion mount or not.......but it was the hot ****.

been there done that, mount too high for the 5 speed tranny and its a lil far out, well then again, i also used a cable tranny from a 91 Si
