coming home from work it was a little rainy and with my brand new tires i went to a private parking lot and tried to burn the tires a little, why wen i reved to 4500 and popped my clutch my car shaked very hard and did not do a burn out, i dont know wut it could be but it made a loud jocking kind of movement, need some help guys please, i dont think this matters but i have brand new hankook tires on please give me any info guys

 

does the car drive normal?

 

not in my civic but in my focus ive done this before... honestly i think it is just a bad catch on it.. if it still drives normal liked he asked then no biggie when racing my pos focus it does it every now and then i think it might be a rough tranny but not positive bud... hope it helps

 

for the most part is does, the only faults are it is a little hard to shift into 2nd, but i think it might be casue of my short throw shifter, and i hear a whining noise when i get outta 1st but i believe that is one of my belts, im just worried cause it was hard shaking, maybe the tires couldnt grip due to the rain, but i tried it 2 times and both times it shaked hard, i dont know if its the tranny and i got the clutch changed about 8-9 months ago

i think it was the clutch slipping or something.

 

well when it is raining i can feel my tires slipping and they will bounce around a little bit because i dont have any suspension upgrades and the pavement is wet. so correct me if i am wrong but you should be fine. since you have nice new tires it will be really hard to burn them out.

if its whining at all in any gear its going to break.

gear whine is not good.

as for the hard to shift its prolly synchros not meshing right or their shot

 

the only gear ir whines in is reverse sometimes, and i figuire the hard shifting is due to using my stock shifter bushing with my short throw shifter, if the syncros were shot wouldnt it grind or push out of gear?
