um, what?

If you mean that you want it to stay up by the ****. You can go the "ghetto" route and just wrap some e-tape around where it's supposed to sit, then pull it up nice and snug

Here is my interpretation: Well, I was cleaning the boot because it was dusty and I ended up pulling it down too hard. I then heard a "sping popping" sound. Then all of the sudden when I let the boot go, it just lied there at the bottem. How can I get it back up?

Not really. You'll never see the tape so who cares?

Haha, lmao...

Sometimes it'll just snap right back up as well...I know mine can pop in and out with some force applied. The snap you heard could be either a breakage, or just the release of the boot.
