hi
i drive a 4 door 93 honda civic,with a 5 speed manual stock gearbox.but now i'm having a problem.

at 4500rpm i shift gears.but i noticed when i shift,i shift fast but my car doesn't responds that fast.i mean i release da gas and push da cluch and shift the gear.then release da cluch and hit da gas again.........the whole proces take like about 1-1.5 seconds......but my car takes about 2-3 seconds to shift the gear


what should i do to fix this thing???

 

that sounds like a slipping clutch... all rev, but no go
