I have a 5spd 1996 Ex. Recently I’ve noticed a slight click when I shift. I hear the noise after I shift, right when I hit the gas. I only hear it right when I hit the gas or right when I throw it into a higher gear when downshifting. Any ideas what this is?

Considering the fact that I have 133,000 miles on my car its about time i replace the engine and transmission mounts. From other posts it sounds like this isn't an easy job to do. I have done basic repairs and I'm mechnically minded, but I've never done something like this. Anyone replaced these before? Should i just get a mechanic to do this?
