My honda dealer cant get it,iv googled for hours, and i still cant find a sycro kit for my 95 EX, Anyone know where to get it?

 

Well I dont know if its actually available but autozone.com has them. I ran across them searching for manual mounts

Try Consolidated Transmission Parts, they are a company out of Sanford, FL. I ordered my syncro kit for my 94 integra and got it the next day. Granted I'm in Jacksonville, FL but still that means they shipped it pretty much as soon as we hung up the phone. I only paid about $60 including shipping for the rings. I bought just the rings, but they do have the complete kits. Hope this helps

that part is for your 5th gear set.. which gear are you having problem with.. I call Consolidated todaymentioned by SWAY2003, they quote me $140. for the syncros set.. which only come with syncros ring and main bearing. You need to do a tear down before you'll know which item you need.

 

that seems pretty steep for the rings and bearings, but yet again I only bought the rings, no bearings. My tranny just got torn down tonight and I guess the guy before me tore the hell out of the 3rd gear ring, so that will have to be ordered tomorrow.

 

am interested to know if you can take some pix of the part they send you.. is it just the ring (round wire) or the synchros and the ring..

 

I really wish I would have taken a picture or two, but they are already installed in the transmission. I can tell you that what I bought was brass syncro rings only. There are a total of six rings since 2nd gear has two rings. Sorry I can't supply a picture
