Ok so am wondering what is wrong with my transmission.
It slipps out of gear going into second. I don't know why, but i have to stop the car, put it in park, rock it a bit and it will let me drive some more(well, that's how i got it home).
i drove it for about a year with it just hesitating to shift gears, it would make an evil noise and in order to get it to shift faster i would have to rev the engine a bit while driving.
is this just the transmission?
also do i need an a-frame to hold the engine when/if i change it out or is there another option?

 

um sounds to me lke u need a rebuild or a new tranny......its done bro..
