Default Tranny slip I believe, Please HELP!

I have a 97 Honda Civic LX with 86,000 miles. My daughter drives this car and complained about problems taking off from a stop. There was an engine light so I pulled the coded P0700 and P0715. These codes and research promted me to first change the speed sensor, no change. Next I did the AT fluid flush procedure http://autorepair.about.com/library/a/1f/bl282f.htmand changed the linear solinod. I drive the car and all seemed fine until it got warm. Once warm and you take off from a dead stop the RPMsgo to about 3000 before the car will even begin to go.It sure feels like something is slipping. ANYONE see this before?

Default RE: Tranny slip I believe, Please HELP!

I have the exact issue with my wifes 97. I had an engine light come on and was told that I needed the main output shaft sensor. That did not work so I have it back there for a fluid change, but this does not sound like it will do anything. I think I am going to sell the car this week. I will keep you posted if you will do the same.
