tranny swap questions

i have a 92 civic hacth si. the tranny is grinding and time for a new one..what can i swap it out for to get a little more poer with out having to mess with the motor if i can...any answers will help

another Si trans will be your best bet, or a 96-00 EX trans. Maybe install a LSD while it's out. Stay away from DX/LX/CX/VX transmissions
