My civic takes too long to up shift and when down shfts it is not smooth.
Is there any adjstments for it I shuld look ?

Maybe you need to learn how to read.
It is an Automatic, it has no Clutch .

every transmission has a clutch, but with an auto, the clutch engages/dissengages at programed points. Meaning, you cant controll it, but its their...and IMO, i wouldnt waste my time trying to "race" or "drive aggressivley" in an auto... BUT, you could learn how to shift it yourself for all TWO GEARS, but the shift wont be instant, and your downshifts still wont be that smooth...but is as close to a manul as your going to get without a swap.
