So early in the summer I was in search of a transmission and I got a z6 tranny to replace my old y8 with no 3rd and I was beggining to lose 5th and reverse.

Hears the problem the guy I got it from said if I find a problem to bring it to him and he would put the rebuild kit that was sitting around.
Well I discovered that the tranny has a bad input shaft bearing. He refuses to fix the tranny.

Does anyone know of the difficulty to replace said part? I may pull it apart this week but I can't go without a tranny for to long.
