Default Transmission problem

I have a 1.6 liter honda civic 2000 with automatic transmission. My problem is that i took apart the trans in order to replace the oil filter. I made sure to place everything back as it was before making sure everything was in the right position. I checked everything else to make sure clutches were no bad. And they were in good condition. Once i finished placing the trans back in the car. I tried to test it and all gears shifted correctly. But the thibg is that when i try tk put it in reverse it wont lock gear. It will just act as if its neutral. The other thing i noticed is that if i try tk place the car in neutral it will act as if its in gear and the car drives. What im saying is park is normal. Reverse acts as neutral, neutral acts as if its in drive but wont shift out of first. D4,d3, and 2 act normal. Did j do something wrong thats causing this problem. K already dropped transmission again to check if i left a gear or something backwards but everything is as it should be. Any suggestions as why its doing it.
