Default Is it worth it

My friend has a stage one exedy clutch in his civic with about 300 miles on it and now he has wrecked the car. He said that he would sell the clutch to me and install it for $150 is that a good deal he is giving me the fly wheel to. The reason I am thinking about doing it is because mine slips if I try to come off the line hard.

Give him the $150 before he changes his mind! That's peanuts compared to paying for a new one.
