Will this be for the straight or the dual bend?

I have the straight one and it's too low and too far forward.

I think CorruptMotors is gone, guys. He hasn't been on since Christmas... if you email him I'm sure he'll selll you his products, but no one on the forum was buying enough to make it worth his time.
