ok so i got my 98dx so im guessin i might get the h4 H/L.....whats the closest to the bmw and the lexus look?? i want a decent blue tint but not just hyper white....i like the 8000k but i dont know if i would get hassled for those and the 6000k are a bit too white for me....just let me know what info i can get so i can make my damn mind up here.....lol o yeah my zip is 79124 BTW
Actually I think the BMW/Lexus is 6000 or under. 5000 is a fairly bright white.

^ If you have stock housings there may be a little glare. i have my current ones in my stock housings and there is minimal glare, and i have only been hibeam flashed once.. and i have passed cops and everything and no issues so far *knock on wood*

you mean with stock style headlights.... i think they look great still......

tho my headlight housings have a inner like bulb shielding and the HIDs i bought also had another bulb shielding on the HID...
now on my old 96jimmy i put HIDs on now its aiming sucked and glared preaty bad BUT it didnt have any shielding so aiming was horible!

check out my pics........

hey addict what color are your HID's??? like 6k,7k,8k???....i cant see the pics right now that well cause my monitor got sent off and i have this REALLY dark old one so i can barely tell anything on pics. This other audio forum im on had this thread on HID's that shows some really nice ones and how they should look but i dont think stock headlights ever could....o well i still need more light output thats the main reason im getting some.
