Hey Cali people, petition for exhaust tickets, come sign it

Hey everyone, i found this on another board, come sign it to show your in changing California law. i dont know if it will do any good, but its worth a shot. We need as many residents as we can get to sign it.Sign here.

Definitely signed, I've been pulled over twice on my exhaust and tailed for like two miles one other time. (Huntington Beach, Ca)
