the wireing shouldn't be too bad, you could use a si engine harness that is mpfi, but you still have to run wires from the chassis side of the harness(where the engine harness plugs in and goes throught the firewall) to the ecu

the only wiring harness that you need is the fuel injection harness. usethe dx harness, because you will run into serious problems with the si harness. trust me i just got donewith the zc swap. is it sohc or dohc? mine was sohc and my swap was difficult because i didnt no about the harnesses. its much easier to modify the exsisting harness than it is to deal with the si harness.

you would need to convert ot mpfi, that isn't overly difficult, there is a write up on it in the diy section i believe. the engine will pretty much just drop in and use you existing exhaust and mounts. the same tranny will work or you can use the zc tranny if you have it. but the zc tranny i belive has special axles so they might be hard to come by.
