Mechanical Problems & Technical Chat - Civic Door Question/Help

Hey guys I was wondering will doors off a 99-00 civic SI bolt up and fit on my 96 civic hatch? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

kind of the same question to but also what about an hx will it bolt up to a 99 hatch

I can't say for sure,but if you measure everything,like the hinge,hinge placement,outside skin,door jam,latch placement,etc.,you should be able to figure it out.You could ask a honda repair shop for interchangeability.I did for the manual window actuator on door,and they knew of a couple.thats for an 89 dx though.

I'm not sure it's gonna fit, the SI of that year is a coupe, you have a hatch... but like regnumirae said if you do the measurments and aren't afraid of a lil custom work you can do anything.
