Hi,

I plan on putting Polk db6500 in the front and Polk db690 in the back of my 2000 civic ex coupe.

Would a 2 channel amp be good enough or would i need a 4 channel amp. Also how many watts should it have if I was running those speakers? I don't plan on putting a sub or anything else. just the db6500 and db690. any feedback would be appreciated! thanks.

a 2 channel would technically work, but i would go with the 4 channel to keep my fade abilities. and a true 100x4 amp would work great with them, just keep the gains at a reasonable level and a high pass crossover wouldn't hurt either to keep the distortion down. but if you wanted to save some money even a 50 or 75x4 would be just as good IMO.

never heard of them, but at a quick glance it should work....that is if they're number are real numbers
