I own a '97 Civic DX, now I am about to purchase side skirts for the car to enhance the look...I want to know if I order the skirts online do they come painted to my car color or do i have to get the skirts then take them to a body shop to get them painted and installed. If you have added kits to your car or skirts, what did you do and what do you recommend? Thanks

 

alomst every place you get them from online you will have to have them painted once you get them but some places DO paint them but for what they charge it isnt worth it.....and if you wanna get a full bodykit you can get everything fiberglass just make sure the front is urethane though you will be ALOT better off in the long run trust me i know.

 

i would recommend to get urethane sideskirts because fiberglass can crack too easily. they come un painted and you will have to take it to a shop to get them painted. you can fit the kit up to your car and drive your car to the place so you dont have to pay them to put the kit on. if you interested in a full kit then i will sell my body kit to you for a good price. it is all urethane and all you have to do it sand it and take it to go get it painted. i have a 98 ex which it should fit your dx.
