Default removing side skirts?

hey, got a quick question for all of u....I just bought some paint to paint my stock flat black plastic side skirts, but i have no clue how to get them off (its a 1999 civic ex coupe)...i removed the screws/washers in the frunt wheel well, so that part is loose, but on the bottom of the side skirt are 2 small screw-type things...i tried unscrewing them, but they didnt come out, and it is still on there....any advice from somebody who has done this?

thanks in advance, Evan

yea, i have a 97 ex and i did the same thing, just unscrew in the wheel well, and then slide out straight through the back, very simple actually, get us some pics when the camera starts feeling better...
