just got my skunk 2 mani and installing it in my 00 si and and having trouble with one of the instructions....it says in the 99-00 si the EVAP purge control solenoid valve hose fitting will be relocated... to where the IAT sensor would usually be plugged into

 

the iac valve is on the bacl of the manifold closes to the firewall

 

so i can just T fit from the other vaccum source to the EVAP hose?

 

Yea, that will work. Do you have some pics? Are you sure there is no nipple for another hose?

 

yea ill get some up yea im positive there is no unused nipple for it but ill show ya just so u can see what im talking about...i read that one guy just used a T fit to do it ...aight thanks pics will be up in a bit

Ok well the one circled in red can i T tap that one for the other hose comming from the EVAP...the hose i would be T fitting goes down into some black thing not sure what it was....in the blue i think i would have to cover this because it is for the intake air temp sensor somthing that dosent go there on my model cuse its located on the intake pipe let me know thanks

the circled red one is your pcv hose, the evap should be on the back right of that pic on the corner, if you are relocating the hose for the evap then were you circled the red, the next brass fitting to the right of it goes to your pfr just tap into that.

the blue square you have highlied looks like the intake manifold tempurature sensor

 

a little confused sorry...i have one hose left over that connects to a black cylindrical shape in the back right close to my battery on the fire wall...where does this hose go...if it has to be T fitted which hose do i tap
