General Civic Talk - Help me, what civic to choose!..

hey i am 17 and got my licence a few months ago ive been driving my mums magna and its time for me to get my own car.. and ofcourse i pick a civic.. but what one.. i want to do it up.. make it look good.. i have between 7,000-12,000ish.. any ideas would be good.. im not that knowledged in civics so yeah. thx.

Well 7k-12k could get you a lot of things. If you want to mod the car yourself and buy all the parts and make it fast, I would suggest buying an EG (1992-1995) civic hatchback. You could pick up a super clean one for less than 6k. Then you could use your other cash to buy a motor swap, turbo, rims, i/h/e, and all that other crap. You should have one badass hatchback after you spend your 12k. I suggested an EG just because I love that generation of civic.

Well have you ever heard of Google? Anyway the pic in my avatar is my EG coupe. Here is a pic of an EG hatchback:

But with 12k you could build a sweet civic. But I would suggest doing more research on civics and all thier motors and stuff because you seem pretty new to civics. Wikipedia is your friend.

any civic with the model designation of ex or si................just about all civics are a gret platform to start off with but it becomes personal choice as to what body style you want to work with. myself im an ef guy(88-91 civic/crx).
