While changing the plugs on my fiance's 2001 Civic, 1.7L, SOHC (first time in 104k miles!!!) I noticed that the #3 cylinder's coil "boot" (is it?) was lighter than the rest...and smelled burnt!

the car drives fine, idles fine, has no issued, passed NY State Emissions today...

is this something i need to change before it goes bad? hope the pic attaches.
