Mechanical Problems & Technical Chat - Need help with getting new lights for my car!!!

Hey guys new to the forum because i recently bought an 02' civic. I got a few questions. First off is an 02 civic si in the 7th gen??? Anyways back to the real question i have. I find the lights on the civic SUCK big time and want to get some xenon lights. Looking on ebay ive seen two differnt options. I found these bulbs

Im no pro on cars but i also dont want to get ripped off. Are the bulbs as good as the full conversion kits? If im going to get basically the same effect with the bulbs? Any help on this topic would be appriciated.

Oh by the way i have tried researching on the net about the differences but havent found anythign really. Im just assuming the full kit is better quality and lasts longer i dont know tho...

i have HID look-alike bulbs and i really like them....i would rather have true HID's but im poor....i would assume also that the full conversion kit is better, there is a smaller chance of something going wrong....

i would look at those items and see but i cant access Ebay here (our school likes to "active block" everything that is entertaining....im down to 2 forums and 1 picture site that i can access)

ouch turtle that sucks. I would go for the entire kit. autokraz makes hid kits for about 120-130 i think

I bought these on ebay for my 2000 Civic Si light bulb 8000K they look awesome at night... It cost me about 139 or so it was just plug and play... But you have to request which bulb type you want and also the K #...... The 8000k are super bright really nice lights...Let me know:D

This is the set I bought... the other set is more expensive because it has low and high beam....This set only has LOW beam but since it's super BRIGHT you will never need the highs again I'm seriously.
