8 valve or 16 valve??

hey guys just wondering on the 1.4 civic 3dr 1999 model are they 8 valve or 16 valve?? hope u can help thanks

I'm pretty sure there aren't any 1.4's. At least not in the US there aren't.All thehatches from 99 that Iknow of all come with a d16y7,a 1.6L 16 valve sohc.

they go as low as 1.3 litre. As for the quesion, I cant help.
