Default RPM's

I have an 02 civic ex 5 spd with no mods. The rpm's are at 3500 goin 70mph and about 4000rpm's going 80mph in 5th gear with the cruise on.This doesn't seem normal to me. Can someone let me know ifthe rpm's are supposed to be that high or not?

mods have nothing to do with gearing, if your turbod you will still run 4k at 80mph..

your driving a 4 cylinder not a v8 get used to it, those are pretty normal
