Header, Intake, & Exhaust - d16y7, headers and manfold worth it

is it worth getting headers and a intake manifold in my d16y7...it dosnt have vtec but i think it should give me better horspower...does anyone have this setup with cai and catback...im thinking of turbo but thats later

Sure its worth it if your not going to turbo it. Its not worth it to get an intake, header, or exhaust if your planning to turbo as they will all be replaced when you turbo. The intake and header will not be used and the exhaust will have to be made bigger.
