Just installed exhaust..questions...
So I just installed the RSR/Skunk2 combo exhaust on my civic. It sounds cool as hell and can already notice a slight increase in power. Anyways, the people had it installed on a del-sol with a ls vtec swap, so needless to say it needed a lot of modding to get it to fit right. The guy I bought it off of was real cool, mad TIG welding skills, and a lot of patience. Took us about 6 hours total to fab everything and fit it up right. Looks cool and fits perfectly. Only one thing..
We somehow lost the gasket for the axle-back flange. We tightened it decently tight and it leaks like hell still, which makes it kinda sound bad. Alls I need is that gasket...would any auto parts store (Advance, Napa, Pep Boys) carry this gasket or would I have to order it from somewhere? I don't think it would be hard to just make one if a store would sell the material and I would just cut it out.
Alright would anyone happen to know where I could order one of these then? Haven't checked around yet but I feel like it's gonna be a tough search. If anyone knows offhand let me know...thanks.
EDIT:
Alright nevermind, a lot easier than I thought. When I get it all patched up and nice sounding I'll post some pics and a vid.
