General Civic Talk - Need help with ZC

alright ive been in to civic's for a while now and built one of the siccest hb's around but i never had a swapped engine yet. i got lucky the other day and piched a 89 civic hb with a zc swap done the problem is i don't know **** about the ZC. im tryin to figure out wich ZC i have first to do more research. all the engine is stamped with is ZC and the serial begins with a 7 i read about if it starts with a 2 or a 5 its from a crx or integra so where does the 7 come from? also i want to pick up these d series megan headers but will they fit? thanks.

also it is a single cam dual point i was wonderin if i can atleast swap to multi?

The headershould fit. I hear if you want the ports to match perfect you have to do some grinding. Im sure there is a way to switch to multi point. I dont know much about the sohc zc engines though.

Aight this siccest (EF)hatch (in my own eyes maybe) was a 91 blue hb , with rebuilt si tranny stock d15b2,Cold air intake (the real kind), lowered on coilovers, gold rims not sure on the brand, dc header,straight piped all the way back, fiberglass dash and doors, cf hood, full body kit molded on. and the best part was that i was into the car less than you could buy the hood for. It took a long time to build And now i regret sellin it.I tried to upload pics but my computer is too slow i ended up goin with all si interior later I have some pics but i lost the memory card so i didnt get pics later on and then had 2-3 days of just straight workin on it to get it ready for sale and never got pics but ill look and see what i have and ill post them so you can see
