well with the paint try sanding it down, primer, paint then clear coat over it. and the dent, pop out the fender lining and tap out the dents as best you can i guess. i'm assuimg u dont wanna go to a shop or else you wouldnt ask for help. and hood dents i cant help u with i got some of my own because i was a dumbass and slid across it =[ i tried tapping them out i made it better but it still looks like poo =[ okay didnt realize that your bumper was straight up cracked you might be able to fill it with a polyurethane compound or something

IMO. replace the rear bumper cover. not sure if the front bumper cover is cracked or not, if its not cracked id just repaint it.
new fender, and either a few hood or maybe a CF hood depending on your style youd like....
and the fender ya MIGHT be able to pop most of it out... or just replace it. new parts... search on ebay.... thats where i bought my new parts for my 99front end swap.
the hood and bumper covers are probably the most $$ for new parts and also the second most expensive is for painting the pieces. some ebay sellers offer painted parts for more money of course..

just depends how good ya want your ride to look! or how much ya want to spend

The front doesn't really look damaged aside from the paint, but the rear is toast. Unless you have some serious experience with fiberglassing, I don't think the back can be saved. You can get a painted replacement on ebay for a couple hundred. The hood might pop out if you're careful. You can pull that fender off and press the majority of that dent out with your hands, but I don't think it'll ever be like new. And that little dent in your passenger side quarter panel can be popped out with a block of wood and a couple taps from a hammer.

Those headlights are CLEAR though. Nice.

It really depends on if you want to put money into the car for cosmetics. Does the engine run well? How high is the mileage?

Sorry for the late reply, guys. I will be popping the dents out soon. I'm looking into a compound to fix the back bumper. Does the stuff from Wal-Mart work?

ebay has sellers with painted to match front and rear bumpers around $220 each and it appears they're the same material and not the cheap stuff you'd find on those cheap body kits.

Fenders about $140 painted to match, but that's one side, not both.

You can find carbon fiber hoods by VIS for around $400 oem style. A shop here wants to charge $200 to paint my hood, not sure how hard it would be to fix those hood dents.
