MAP sensor

So I'm throwing a CEl and I did the check on the ECU and it says its my MAP sensor, can I just buy a new sensor and fix that or what?

Check the MAP sensor and its wires with a multimeter to ensure that the sesnor is actually bad (see manuals link in my signature).
