i have a 97 vtec model car the problem is when the ac is on my rpm flatuakes going down i already change the servo sensor and it going again what do u think is problem with this car i already clean the throtlle change comp box. pls help or advice pls

 

Is the CEL ON?

Have you already cleaned or replaced the IACV on the throttle body? Have you checked the IACV wiring with a multimeter?

How does the engine run? When was the last basic tune up done (plugs, wires, cap, rotor)?

 

sometimes the check engine lights on i already replaced the iacv valve i also clean the whole throtle body the engine runs good but when u on the ac the light the fog lamp the engine sound change the engine sound hard i try so many mechanics here in manila they always say it onli the iacv i already buy a new one in the honda shop but it's goes down again and again what do u think is prob with this car

 

i dont check the wiring of this iacv i dnt know how to check it the last tune up of this car is in march 2009 i already change oil it timing belt spark plug

 

Did you clean the air passages in the throttle body leading to the IACV as well? Remove the valve to do that.

You may need to open up the air screw on the top of the throttle body. A fixed amount of air comes through the screw, which combined with a variable amount from the IACV, determines the idle speed. Warm up the engine and with the A/C off, disconnect the wires to the IACV. The engine should slow down but keep running at about 400 or 500 rpm. Adjust the air screw if necessary to achieve this. Do not adjust the stop screw on the throttle shaft. Then reconnect the IACV and normal idle should resume. The CEL will probably come on with a false IACV code during this procedure, so reset it when done.
