Mechanical Problems & Technical Chat - 2008 civic lx with 85K miles.. cuts off at 3500 RPM and has CEL code P2646

Autozone reader comes back and tells me its P2646 and its a VTEC oil pressure circuit low voltage.

Any ideas? I did a forum search on P2646 and didnt get any hits.. any help is appreciated.
