I have to ask WHY?
It would make no sense. FOr the amount of money youe would spend you could put a better Honda engine in there. At least try something crazy like a Ford Mustang Cobra DOHC SC engine, then it would at least be worth the time and money. Although, I still would say for the money and time I would do a built K24 VTEC with a CRV tranny. Yeah baby!!!!!!

seriously. 175hp? just do a tried and true K20 swap for a ground-pounding 200-220hp. with an optional LSD.
