Yeah. Buy a Jeep CJ with a good frame-mounted rollbar. Put sticky tires on it. Then find an empty track and drive at moderate speed in a circle with a gently-decreasing radius until it tips up...or just hit a long and low ramp with just one side of the car.

Yeah the cj is a good idea. if i really wanted to learn to do that i would get really good at doing it on a quad. I used to do it a lot on mine it would give you the instincts to feel the balance and know when and where to turn the wheel. But that sounds like a really stupid idea but definitely take a video of it if you ever try that could make for a hilarious video.
